Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of ChatVault AI, a Chrome extension that helps organize ChatGPT and Claude conversation title metadata, links, folders, projects, and bookmarks.
Use of the Service
You may use ChatVault AI to organize your own AI conversation references. You are responsible for keeping access to your browser, email account, and ChatVault AI account secure.
Product Scope
ChatVault AI is not an AI model, chatbot, ChatGPT client, Claude client, or replacement for OpenAI, Anthropic, ChatGPT, or Claude. It is an organization layer that works alongside supported websites.
Supported Data
The service is designed to store metadata such as conversation titles, IDs, URLs, platform labels, timestamps, folder records, project references, bookmarks, and settings. It is not designed to store full chat message bodies, prompts, AI responses, uploaded files, cookies, or passwords.
Accounts
Certain features may require a ChatVault AI account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to contact us if you need help deleting your account or data.
Membership and Payments
Paid membership is not currently launched. The current website and extension do not include an active paid subscription, live Paddle checkout, paid trial, or payment card collection. If Pro membership launches later, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refund terms, and payment processor details will be presented before purchase.
If Paddle is used for a future paid plan, Paddle may act as the payment processor or merchant of record for payment collection, tax handling, invoices, and subscription management. ChatVault AI does not plan to store card numbers or payment credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer backend systems, or use ChatVault AI in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.
Third-Party Services
ChatVault AI may interact with ChatGPT, Claude, browser APIs, Supabase, and other service providers needed for authentication, storage, and support. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Supported website layouts and APIs may change, which can affect extension behavior.
Cancellation and Refunds
Because paid membership is not live today, there is no active subscription to cancel. If paid plans launch later, cancellation and refund rules will be shown before checkout and reflected in the Refund Policy.

ChatVault AI is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser configuration or future third-party website change.
